HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE GUDISEVA SHYAM PRASAD CRIMINAL PETITION No.8667 of 2011 ORDER :

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioner/Accused seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.86/2011 of Jadcherla Police Station, Mahabubnagar District, registered against him for the offences punishable under Sections 324, 440, 500, 504 and 506-II of IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing the criminal petition, the police have investigated into the matter and filed charge sheet and that the petitioner has challenged the same by way of filing Criminal Petition No.8166 of 2014, and therefore, the cause in this criminal petition does not survive for adjudication.

In view of the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Interim stay granted by this Court on 21.09.2011 shall stand vacated.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
