HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR W.P. No. 36245 of 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus, declaring the action of the 4th respondent in not considering the petitioner's application for issuance of new e-pass book and also Rythubandhu cheque in respect of the petitioner's lands in Survey No.142-AA, admeasuring Ac.8-00, Survey No. 143, admeasuring Ac.0-05 guntas and Survey No. 143, admeasuring Ac.0-03 guntas, situated at Gundala Village, Veldanda Mandal, Nagar Kurnool district (earlier Mahabubnagar district), as illegal, improper and incorrect.

The grievance of the petitioner is that though he has filed a representation on 10.05.2018 seeking issuance of e-pass book and Rythubandhu cheque in respect of the subject land, the same is not disposed of by the respondents till date. 3.

Learned Government Pleader would submit that if the representation made by the petitioner is in accordance with law, the same would be dealt with by the respondents at the earliest. 4.

Having regard to the fact that the representation filed by the petitioner is pending consideration, the respondents are directed to deal with the representation of the petitioner dated 10.05.2018

and pass orders thereon, in accordance with law, within a period of four to six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
