This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of respondents in seizing the lorry bearing registration No.TS-06-UB5678 belonging to the petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the relief sought for in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by order, dated 20.10.2016, passed in W.P.No.35286 of 2016.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that the petitioner has not submitted any application. 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner will make necessary application to respondent No.2. 5.
In view of the above, if the petitioner makes necessary application, respondent No.2 is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders as per G.O.Ms.No.3, Industries and Commerce (Mines-I) Department, dated 08.01.2015, as amended by G.O.Ms.No.15, Industries and Commerce (Mines-I) Department, dated 19.02.2015, for release of the seized vehicle within a period of three (3) days from the date of receipt of such application. 6.
