As per the information furnished by the Registry, the cause in this revision petition does not survive for further adjudication as the main suit itself was disposed of by the trial Court on 09.08.2018.

In view of the same, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
