THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.35967 OF 2018 ORDER :

The Writ Petition is filed assailing the action of the 2nd respondent in not considering the application of the petitioner dated 29.01.2016 made for regularization of plots under unapproved layout in respect of land totally admeasuring Acs.21.24 guntas in Survey Nos.18, 19 and 20 situated at Mallapur Village, Balapur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as illegal and arbitrary. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the respondents have not taken any action on the said representation till date. Sri Y.Rama Rao, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent, states that the 2nd respondent will consider the said representation in accordance with law within a period of eight

(08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.01.2016, in accordance with law, within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand dismissed.
