THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.40449 OF 2014 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief: "... to issue writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent No.3 in not taking action against registering the complaint dated 15-12-2014 as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to law and pass such other order or orders which are deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." 2.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home has produced before this Court the written instructions, dated 05.01.2015, issued by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Panjagutta Police Station, Hyderabad, and stated that upon receipt of the complaint, dated 15.12.2014, of the petitioner through post, a case in Crime No.12 of 2015 of Panjagutta Police Station, Hyderabad, was registered on 04.01.2015 and investigation is taken up.

In the light of the above, inasmuch as the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed, no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed.
