HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM COMPANY APPLICATION No.629 of 2018 IN COMPANY PETITION No.173 of 2001 ORDER:

This Company Application is filed, under Rule 177 of the Companies (Court) Rules, 1959, seeking to condone the delay of 18 days in preferring claim of debt by the applicant against the respondent company and also sought a direction to the Official Liquidator to receive the same.

For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the delay of 18 days in preferring the claim of debt against the respondent company is condoned and the Official Liquidator is directed to entertain the claim of the petitioner and adjudicate the same in accordance with law.
