HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.6908 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioner-accused under Section 438 of Criminal Procedure Code seeking to grant anticipatory bail to him in unregistered crime of Kukatpalli Police Station, Cyberabad. Heard and perused the material available on record. Even though it is stated in the petition that there was unregistered crime, the learned Public Prosecutor informed that a crime was registered against the petitioner i.e., Cr.No.458 of 2015 for the offence under Section 420 IPC.

It is alleged that the petitioner received huge amounts from various persons promising to provide jobs in foreign countries. The accused sent the complainant and others through Malaysia Airlines and after reaching Malayisa, they came to know that the accused had sent them on tourist visa. They returned to India after five days and the accused made them to stay at Madras for two months and assured that he would send them again and thereby, he cheated them. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the allegations, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
