THE HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE G.ANUPAMA CHAKRAVARTHY SECOND APPEAL Nos.186 and 188 of 2014 ORDER:

On 17.12.2021, learned counsel for the appellants has filed memo before this Court informing the Court that the appellants have taken no objection Vakalat and case bundle from him and the same was recorded.

2. Inspite of, taking no objection vakalat, the parties have not appeared before the Court either in person or through Counsel. Therefore, on 02.11.2022 this Court has directed the Registry to print the name of the appellants.

3. Though the name of the appellants is printed in the cause list, none appeared for them. Therefore, this Court is constrained to post the matter under the caption "for dismissal".

4. Though the matter is coming up today i.e., 03.11.2022, under the caption for dismissal, there is no representation for the appellants either in the forenoon or in the afternoon. Therefore, this Court is constrained to dismiss the second appeals for default/ non-prosecution.

5. Therefore, the second appeals are dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
