HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.36028 OF 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents 1 and 2 in not considering the representation dated 4.6.2018 submitted by the petitioner seeking to enquire into the matter as to how the land of the petitioner admeasuring Ac.0.76 cents, situated at Sy.No.247/14A of Bheemadolu Mandal, West Godavari District, was recorded as ceiling in the online record without issuing any notice to the petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner submitted an application to the 1st respondent on 4.6.2018, seeking to enquire into the matter as to how his land admeasuring Ac.0.76 cents, situated at Sy.No.

247/14A of Bheemadolu Mandal, West Godavari District, was recorded as ceiling in the online record without issuing any notice to the petitioner, no action has been taken so far. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent-Tahsildar, to deal with the representation dated 4.6.2018, submitted by the petitioner seeking to enquire into the matter as to how his land admeasuring Ac.0.76 cents, situated at Sy.No.

247/14A of Bheemadolu Mandal, West Godavari District, was recorded as ceiling in the online record without issuing any notice to the petitioner, and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of eight to twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order by giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all concerned.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
