HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.11070 of 2013 ORDER:

Consequent to the order dated 18.03.2015, learned counsel for petitioner/A1 appeared and produced copy of judgment in C.C.No.202 of 2014 passed by XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad showing that A1 to A3 were acquitted of the offences under Sections 498A and 406 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

In view of it, Regional Passport Officer, Visakhapatnam is directed to return the passport bearing No.H7775740 to the petitioner/A1-S.Pramod Reddy on proper acknowledgement.

The Criminal Petition is accordingly disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
