Leave granted.

W.P.M.P.No.3902 of 2017 is accordingly ordered and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Interim order dated 05.09.2013 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
