THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.9090 of 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner-accused under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to relax the conditions imposed by this Court against the petitioner while grating anticipatory bail to him in Crl.P.No.817 of 2016 vide order, dated 03.02.2016. Heard and perused the material available on record. The petitioner is the sole accused in Crime No.30 of 2016 on the file of Keesara Police Station, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District, for the offences punishable under Sections 409 and 420 IPC and Section 7 of the E.C. Act. He filed Crl.P. No.30 of 2016 for grant of anticipatory bail. This Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner vide order, dated 03.02.2016 by imposing condition to appear before the S.H.O. concerned daily in between 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m., until further orders. Now, this application is filed by the petitioner to relax the said condition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is complying with the above condition and that the investigation in the case is completed and charge sheet is also filed and the same is numbered as CC No.108 of 2016 on the file of X Metropolitan Magistrate, Malakjgiri, Cyberabad, and hence, the condition imposed against the petitioner may be relaxed.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor did not object for relaxing the condition.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition i.e., to appear before the S.H.O. concerned daily in between 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m., until further orders, imposed against the petitioner in Crl.P. No.817 of 2016 vide order, dated 03.02.2016 is hereby relaxed.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed. ______________ RAJA ELANGO, J July 01, 2016.
