After arguing the matter for considerable time, the learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission to withdraw the writ petition.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to avail the remedy under law in challenging the entries made in the revenue records, in view of the averments made in para 3 of the affidavit filed in support of the petition. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand dismissed.
