There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2.

The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under: "...the Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ order or direction more particularly on in the nature of the Writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the Respondent Nos.1 & 3 in not registering the crime based on the complaint made by the petitioner on 23.12.2014 to the Superintendent of Police, Warangal (Urban) for the increased harassment and threat even though the contents of the said complaint clearly discloses the commission of cognizable offence by the Respondents 1 and 3 and not proceeding to conduct any investigation is arbitrary illegal and violating the principle of natural justice and consequently direct the Respondents 1 and 3 to register the crime in terms of section 154 Cr.P.C basing on the complaint dated on 23.12.2014 submitted by the Petitioner and proceed to conduct investigation as per law in the interest of Justice." 3.

The learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 placed on record written instructions dated 18.11.2019 issued by the Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police, Hanamkonda Police Station, Warangal.

From a perusal of the said instructions, it is revealed that pursuant to the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 23.12.2014, a case in Cr.No.64/ 2015 was registered for the offence under Section 506 of the Indian Penal Code. After completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed before the concerned Court. After cognizance of the offence, the same was numbered as C.C.No.526/ 2015. 5.

In that view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition and the same is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. As a sequel thereto, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
