HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE GUDISEVA SHYAM PRASAD WRIT PETITION No. 1098 of 2016 ORDER:

Petitioner seeks a direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to consider her representation dated 22.12.2015 for conducting further investigation in Crime No.321 of 2015 by the Station House Officer, Shah Inayatgunj Police Station, Hyderabad (respondent No.4) by recording her statements, along with other witnesses, and seize call date of respondent No.6.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, further investigation has been completed, and respondent No.4 filed additional charge sheet before the concerned Court and, as such, no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition.

Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is closed.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
