There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2.
The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under:- "...to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, to declare the action of the 3rd respondent in summoning the petitioner to the police station at the instance of the 4th respondent without there being any written complaint or case registered against him and thereby causing interference with his personal life and liberty, as being illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 3rd respondent not to adopt any illegal methods without following the due process of Law, and to grant such other relief or reliefs as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Learned Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 placed on record the written instructions, dated 16.07.2014, issued by the Sub Inspector of Police, Hanamkonda Police Station, Warangal Urban District. A perusal of the said written instructions would reveal that as on the date of issuance of written instructions, no complaint whatsoever is received or registered against the petitioner herein on the file of Hanamkonda Police Station, Warangal Urban District, and, therefore, summoning the petitioner to the Police Station does not arise. It is also mentioned that the respondent police never sent any
constable nor summoned the petitioner and asked him to sit till late night and threatened him to settle the issue with the 4th respondent. Therefore, the allegation of summoning the petitioner to Police Station is totally denied.

In view of the above said facts, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition. 5.
Accordingly, the writ petition is closed.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
