ORDER:

This company petition is filed for an order to wind up the respondent for nonpayment of the debt allegedly due to the petitioner. At the hearing, Sri V.S.Raju, learned counsel for the respondent, has submitted that his client has paid the entire debt amount to the petitioner, which statement is admitted by Sri P.N.Sunil Kumar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of payment of the debt by the respondent, the Company Petition is closed.
