ORDER

Challenging the Force Order No.40 of 2016, dated 29.3.2016 issued by the respondent transferring the petitioner from SKZR/SC to PS/BZA, the present writ petition is filed.

After filing the writ petition, there was no interim order, as a result of which, the petitioner joined at the new station.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has to look after his old aged parents.

If that be so, it is open to the petitioner to submit a proper representation to the concerned authorities and it is for the authorities to consider the same and pass appropriate orders. But, this Court cannot interdict the order of transfer.

In view of the petitioner joining at the new station, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
