Cr l.P.MP.No.1 3 0 1 5 of 2 0 1 7 This Petition is filed under Section 320 (2) r/ w 482 Cr.P.C., to compound the offences in C.C.No.476 of 2014 on the file of IV Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Warangal, Warangal District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 342, 327, 406 IPC and Sections 3, 4, 6(1), 6(2), 6 (3) of DP Act. De facto complaint and the accused are present and they are identified by their respective counsel and they also produced the copies of Aadhar Cards in proof of their identity. On enquiry, they stated that the matter was compromised due to intervention of the elders and requested this Court to grant leave to compound the offences since the compromise is voluntary and in the interest of both parties to settle their future lives. In view of the facts and circumstances, this Petition is liable to be allowed permitting the parties to compound the offences. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.

Cr l.P.No.3 2 7 1 of 2 0 1 5 In view of the Orders passed in Crl.P.M.P.No.13015 of 2017, this Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings in C.C.No.476 of 2014 on the file of IV Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Warangal, Warangal District, are hereby quashed.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case, shall stand dismissed.
