In this petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., the petitioneraccused seeks to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.243 of 2010 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Thorrur, Warangal District. 2.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor has produced the letter dated 12.06.2018 of Sub Inspector of Police, Narsimhulapet Police Station, Warangal District and submitted that the case was ended in acquittal on 03.01.2014 and therefore, the petition, which is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.243 of 2010, has become infructuous and hence, the same may be dismissed. 3.

In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence.
