O R D E R

Earlier, W.P.No.29433 of 2015 filed by the petitioner was disposed of by this Court by order dated 06.10.2015, whereby it was kept open for the petitioner to submit an application to the Mandal Revenue Officer, Mattampally Mandal, Huzurnagar, Nalgonda District and the Mandal Surveyor, Mattampally Mandal, Nalgonda District, the fourth and fifth respondents therein, seeking redressal of his grievance within a time frame. This Court further made it clear that upon filing such application within the stipulated period, appropriate action would be taken thereon within four weeks thereafter.

It is stated by Sri T.S. Venkataramana, learned counsel for the petitioner, that in pursuance of the aforestated order, the revenue authorities permitted removal of the bushes for demarcation but as the Station House Officer, Mattampally Police Station, Mattampally Village, Mattampally Mandal, Nalgonda District, the third respondent herein, was not providing police protection, they were unable to complete the process of demarcating the boundaries with the assistance of the revenue authorities.

The Sub-Inspector of Police, Mattampally Police Station, Nalgonda District, furnished written instructions dated 21.12.2015 to the office of the learned Government Pleader for Home, wherein he stated that no representation had been received from the petitioner requesting protection for carrying out the clearing and demarcation process. In so far as the petitioner's representation dated 10.12.2015 is concerned, receipt of the same was denied. The Sub-Inspector further stated that it was always open to the petitioner to approach his office and submit a representation and necessary action would be taken thereupon in accordance with law. He further stated that the police authorities were ready and willing to provide police protection to the company lands of the petitioner in consultation with the revenue and higher authorities.

In the light of the aforestated stand of the police authorities, which is duly taken on record, the writ petition is closed leaving it open to the petitioner to make a

suitable application to the police authorities for securing appropriate protection and assistance for giving effect to the earlier order passed by this Court in W.P.No.29433 of 2015. In the event such an application is made, the police authorities shall take appropriate action thereon as per norms and in keeping with the earlier order granted by this Court. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand closed in the light of this final order.
