This civil revision petition arises out of order dated 20.02.2015 in C.F.R.No.563/05-02-2015 in O.S.No.595 of 2006 on the file of the Court of Principal Junior Civil Judge at Ongole (for short, 'the Court below'). During hearing, Sri Venkateswarlu Chakkilam, learned counsel for the petitioner, has submitted that the above mentioned suit itself has been disposed of, by the Court below and therefore, the cause with which the present revision is filed has become infructuous. The civil revision petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
