THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.934 OF 2014 ORDER:

This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.P.C. by the petitioners/A-2, A-4 and A-5 challenging the order, dated 6.2.2014, in C.C.No.69 of 2014 on the file of the Junior Civil Judge, Piduguralla, Guntur District whereunder and whereby, the trial Court has taken cognizance for the offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 against A-1 to A-5.

2. Heard and perused the material available on record.

3. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners, while not pressing for the main prayer, confined his arguments only to the extent of dispensing with the presence of the petitioners before the trial Court.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the presence of the petitioners before the trial Court is dispensed with except on the dates on which the trial Court insists for their appearance. The petitioners shall be properly represented through their counsel before the trial Court.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Criminal Revision Case shall stand closed.
