THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.4830 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 by the petitioners/A-3 and A-4 seeking to quash the order, dated 1.4.2016, passed in Crl.M.P.No.559 of 2016 in C.C.No.13 of 2013 by the Principal Special Judge for C.B.I. Cases, Hyderabad.

2. Heard and perused the material available on record.

3. The petitioners along with A-1, A-2, A-5 and A-6 are facing trial for the charges under Sections 120-B, 420 and 471 I.P.C., A-3 to A-5 are facing a charge under Section 419 I.P.C.; A-3 to A-6 are facing a charge under Section 468 I.P.C.; and A-1 and A-2 are facing charges under Section 13(2) read with 13(1)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act for alleged criminal misconduct.

4. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners while not pressing for the main prayer, prayed to direct the trial Court to hear the arguments of the petitioners and dispose of the case in accordance with law.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the trial Court is directed to hear the arguments of the petitioners on 20.4.2016 and to dispose of the case in accordance with law. If the petitioners fail to place their arguments on 20.4.2016, it is left open to the trial Court to proceed in accordance with law.

6. With the above directions, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
