THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.C. BHANU AND THE HON'BLE MRS JUSTICE ANIS WRIT PETITION No.16799 OF 2015 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice K.C.Bhanu) This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed to call for the records relating to the order, dated 27.11.2014, in Original Application No.6745 of 2014 passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad (for short, 'the Tribunal') and quash the same.

2. Both the counsel stated that without entering into the merits of the case, the impugned order can be set aside for fresh disposal since it was disposed of at the stage of admission without giving any opportunity to the petitioners herein. Accepting the contention of both the counsel, we set aside the impugned order.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is allowed setting aside the order, dated 27.11.2014, in Original Application No.6745 of 2014 passed by the Tribunal and the matter is remanded to the Tribunal for fresh disposal. We request the Tribunal to dispose of the Original Application within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after completion of pleadings. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
