O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner in this case is that the Tahsildar, Wankidi Mandal, Adilabad District, was not issuing a pattadar pass book and a title deed in respect of the subject land though an application has been made in the prescribed format.

Perusal of the material filed by the petitioner reflects that the petitioner did, in fact, file an application for grant of a pattadar pass book and a title deed in relation to the subject land as per the procedure prescribed in the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971.

In that view of the matter, it is for the Tahsildar, Wankidi Mandal, Adilabad District, to consider the same, call upon the petitioner to make good deficiencies, if any, and thereafter take appropriate action in the matter.

The writ petition is therefore disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Wankidi Mandal, Adilabad District, to complete the aforestated exercise expeditiously and in any event, not later than six weeks from the date of receipt a copy of this order.
