THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRL.P.M.P.Nos.6249 & 6251 of 2016 & CRIMINAL PETITION No.5409 of 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by A.3 under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings in FIR No.76 of 2015 pending on the file of Madannapet Police Station, Hyderabad for the offences under Sections 406, 420 and 506 IPC.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner filed Crl.P.M.P.Nos.6249 and 6251 of 2016 stating that the parties entered into compromise and therefore, prayed to grant permission to compound the offences alleged against the petitioner and to record the compromise between the parties.

This Court is not inclined to allow the applications at this stage and therefore, Crl.P.M.P.Nos.6249 and 6251 of 2016 are dismissed. Heard and perused the material on record.

As seen from the record, it is evident that the petitioner herein has not committed any offence as alleged except the fact that he introduced the de facto complainant to the other accused. Further there is no evidence to show that the petitioner herein is having any intention to commit the crime against the de facto complainant. In view of the same, this Court is inclined to quash the impugned proceedings as against the petitioner herein. In the result, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings in FIR No.76 of 2015 pending on the file of Madannapet Police Station, Hyderabad are quashed as against A.3-petitioner herein. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, filed in this Petition shall stand closed.
