CVNR,J & TA,J F.C.A.No.442 of 2018 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Family Court Appeal is filed against order and decree, dated 24.08.2018, in F.C.O.P.No.220 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judge, Family Court at L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District, whereby the learned Judge has decreed the said F.C.O.P. filed by the respondent for restitution of conjugal rights.

On the initiative taken by the Court, both the parties agreed to live together. To allay the apprehension of the appellant that the respondent may pursue the pending cases, she has filed declaration-cum-affidavit, dated 11.10.2018, wherein she has undertaken as under.

"5.

I undertake to withdraw all the above cases filed by me against the appellant provided that the respondent shall withdraw the criminal case filed against me before Police Station Sultan Bazar (FIR No.173/2018 dated 06.10.2018) and that the appellant undertakes to put up family at any place for re-union."

Today, both the parties are personally present before the Court and they have agreed to live together.

In the light of the above, the Family Court Appeal is dismissed.

As a sequel to dismissal of the appeal, I.A.No.1 of 2018 filed by the appellant for interim relief stands dismissed as infructuous.
