This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the first respondent i.e. Sri Kalahasteeswara Swamy Vari Devastanam, Srikalahasti, Chittoor District, in confirming the tender notice-cumpublic auction issued in pursuance of notification in Rc.No.G1/5249/2015, dated 07.12.2015 by Rc.No.G1/3249/15, dated 29.03.2016 in favour of the fourth respondent by way of negotiations is illegal and arbitrary.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing the writ petition has become infructuous.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
