Heard.

Learned counsel for the appellant already endorsed on the appeal that he is not pressing the appeal against the 1st respondent, thereby the appeal against the 1st respondent is dismissed with no costs.

So far as the appeal between the appellant and the 2nd respondent concerned, I.A.No.1 of 2018 is filed to permit to compromise the matter pursuant to the memorandum of the compromise and the appellant and the 2nd respondent present and when read over and explained to them, they admitted the terms as true and correct and voluntarily entered to act upon and to record. Having regard to the above, the I.A.No.1 of 2018 is allowed and the Second Appeal is also allowed in terms of the compromise memo. The compromise memo is to be appended as part of the compromise decree.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed. No costs.
