This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code (for short "Cr.P.C.") to quash the proceedings in F.I.R.No.63 of 2018 of Ichapuram Rural Police Station, Srikakulam District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 188, 270, 272, 273 of Indian Penal Code (for short "I.P.C.") read with 20

(2) CTPPARTCPSD Act and Section 58, 59 and 60 of Food Safety Standard Act, 2006.

Learned counsel for the petitioners/accused Nos.3,5 and 6 and the learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh submit that the issue involved in this petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in Criminal Petition No.3731 of 2018 and batch dated 27.08.2018.

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh, this criminal petition is partly allowed in terms of the said order. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
