HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR W.P. No. 36238 of 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus, declaring the inaction of the respondent authorities in making appropriate online entries and issuing pattadar pass books in the name of the petitioner, in respect of Survey No. 537, admeasuring Ac.5-00 cents in Mothkur Village, Doma Mandal, Vikarabad district, as illegal, improper and incorrect.

The grievance of the petitioner is that though she has filed a representation on 24.09.2018 seeking issuance of pattadar pass books in respect of the subject land, the same is not disposed of by the respondents till date.

Learned Government Pleader would submit that if the representation made by the petitioner is in accordance with law, the same would be dealt with by the respondents at the earliest. 4.

Having regard to the fact that the representation filed by the petitioner is pending consideration, the respondents are directed to deal with the representation of the petitioner dated 24.09.2018 and pass orders thereon, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
