Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Medical and Health, for respondent nos.1 to 4. 2.

Since the petitioner is seeking appointment on compassionate ground as Junior Assistant (J.A.) in the place of 4th respondent in the Medical and Health Department of the State of Andhra Pradesh, the petitioner has to approach the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal only and cannot maintain the Writ Petition before this Court. 3.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed granting liberty to petitioner to approach Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal for appropriate relief. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
