THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.35975 OF 2018 ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development and Sri L.Venkateswara Rao, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC, apart from perusing the entire material available on record.

The grievance of the petitioner, in the present Writ Petition, is that, for redressal of his grievance, he submitted a representation on 03.09.2018 to the respondent-GHMC authorities but no action has been taken so far. Eventually a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the respondent authorities to verify the representation, submitted by the petitioner herein, and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that, if any such representation is pending consideration before the respondent-GHMC, the same will be verified and appropriate action will be taken in accordance with law.

Recording the above submission, Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondent-GHMC authorities to verify the

representation, dated 03.09.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, and take appropriate action/pass appropriate orders, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
