THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.36038 of 2018 ORDER:

At the time of hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Government Pleader that pursuant to the registration of a criminal case on the file of Sarubujjili Police Station, the police have produced the subject vehicles before the Court of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Amudalavasa, along with Form No.60.

In view of the same, leaving it open for the petitioners herein to move an appropriate application before the learned Magistrate for release of the vehicles, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
