Petitioner seeks retrospective regularization of his services from 01.08.1993 by placing reliance on the recommendations of Regional Joint Director of Collegiate Education, Rajahmundry, dated 07.03.2018.

During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner points out that on 30.11.2017, petitioner made representation to the Commissioner of Collegiate Education, Jamichettu Street, Vijayawada, and also submitted another representation to the Government. The Government vide its Memo dated 03.04.2018 directed the Special Commissioner of Collegiate Education, Andhra Pradesh, to pass orders and therefore petitioner seeks that a direction be issued to the Commissioner of Collegiate Education to consider the representation and to pass orders. 4.

Having regard to the same and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Commissioner of Collegiate Education to examine the representation of the petitioner, dated 30.11.2017, and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
