THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No. 263 OF 2014 O R D E R:

This is a Contempt Case instituted by the petitioner complaining that the order passed by this Court on 10.07.2013 in Writ Petition No. 18247 of 2013 has not been complied with by the respondents.

None appears for the petitioner when the matter is taken up today. Sri Ravi Teja, learned Standing Counsel for Indira Kranthi Pathakam, Society for Elimination of Rural Poverty has pointed out that the petitioner herein Smt. Burra Nagamani has already been recruited and she started attending to duties from 09.11.2015 onwards.

In that view of the matter, I do not consider that it would be appropriate or necessary to proceed any further with this contempt of Court action and hence, the notice issued in Form-I on 09.10.2015 stands discharged and the Contempt Case is dismissed.

Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any shall also stand dismissed.
