This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/accused No.2 to 4, for grant of anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest in connection with Crime No.583 of 2018 of Chandanagar Police Station, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A IPC, sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act and Section 3 (r) (s) (w) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015.

The matter underwent several adjournments. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. It appears that the petitioners have no interest in prosecuting the bail application. 3.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
