THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 46097 OF 2016 O R D E R :

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration (Telangana) for the 1st respondent and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Respondents 2 and 3.

The petitioner contends that he had applied on 27.12.2015 vide Application No. 3000017560, for regularization of his plot in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.151, dated 02.11.2015, but Respondents 2 and 3 are not taking any action thereon. Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy states that the 2nd respondent will consider the application of the petitioner within four weeks' time.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's application, referred to above within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision thereon to him. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand disposed of.
