This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 22.1.2013 in I.A.No.26 of 2013 in O.P. No.21 of 2008 on the file of the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Mancherial.

No representation on behalf of the petitioner in the Fore Noon and in the After Noon. As per the office notice, O.P. No.21 of 2008 itself was disposed of on 27.2.2013. In view of the office note, the purpose of filing of the petition has become infructuous. 3.

Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this revision petition shall stand closed.
