HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.2823 OF 2014 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the stay was granted by this Court on the premise that earlier this Court had allowed a batch of Writ Petition Nos.25201, 25271 of 2012 and 27283 of 2013 by an order dated 06.12.2013. However, the said order dated 06.12.2013 was set aside by the Division Bench of this Court by a common judgment dated 01.05.2015 in W.A.Nos.115 of 2014 and batch. In that view of the matter, nothing survives in the present writ petition and the same may be closed as covered by the said common judgment dated 01.05.2015. Recording the submission made by the respective parties, the writ petition is dismissed in terms of the common judgment dated 01.05.2015, passed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.Nos.115 of 2014 and batch. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
