THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.441 OF 2015 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for petitioners and the learned counsel for respondent.

2. The petitioners herein are defendants in O.S.No.333 of 2013 on the file of the Court of the Special Assistant Agent and Sub-divisional Magistrate Mobile Court at Bhadrachalam (for short, trial Court). The respondent herein, who is the plaintiff, filed the above suit for permanent injunction restraining the petitioners from interfering with the properties of an extent of Ac.1-87 cents in survey No.90/1 and Ac.1-25 cents in survey No.94/1, situated at MeduvaiLaxmidevipeta Village, Bhadrachalam Mandal, Khammam District. The trial Court noticed that the said suit property falls within the jurisdiction of Mobile Court, Rampachodavaram consequent to the State reorganization and accordingly transferred the suit to the said Court.

3. When the Civil Revision Petition came up for consideration before this Court, the only grievance that was raised before this Court is that the file was not transmitted to Mobile Court, Rampachodavaram, and in those circumstances, this Court directed the trial Court to transmit the file to Mobile Court, Rampachodavaram on or before 10.04.2015. Today when the case came up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the said order, no further orders need be passed in the present Revision.

4. Recording the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Civil Revision Petition is closed. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
