THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.153 of 2016 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 14.07.2015 passed by this Court in W.P.No.20793 of 2015 directing the 3rd respondent to complete the enquiry and pass final orders.

Today the learned Government Pleader produced before this Court a copy of the proceedings D.Dis.No.654/2015, dated 31.12.2015 issued by the Revenue Dvisional Officer, Kalyandurg, showing that the 3rd respondent, after conducting enquiry, has passed final orders restoring the F.P. Shop dealership of the petitioner. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in the contempt case. Accordingly the Contempt Case is dismissed. _____________________________ A.
