When the matter came up for hearing, it is contended by learned counsel for petitioner that the above writ petition is filed challenging the action of respondents in deleting the name of the petitioner from the seniority list of Superintendent cadre on the ground that he has earned promotion in different pay scales in his parent institution. Having considered the facts of the case and without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to submit a representation to the respondents and on filing the same, the respondents shall consider and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ Petition shall stand closed.
