This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. by the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 5 seeking quashment of the F.I.R. in Crime No.5 of 2011 of Metpalli Police Station, Karimnagar District. While so, today the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, while producing the letter, dated 25.05.2017, issued by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Metpalli Police Station, Karimnagar District, would submit that the police have referred the case as 'false' and in that view of the matter, the criminal petition may be dismissed. Learned counsel for the petitioners is present and reported no objection.

In view of the above submissions, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous.
