Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to approach the Labour Court and to that effect learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on record a letter dated 29.03.2016 addressed to the Registry. In view of the above, permission is accorded and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the Labour Court. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
