HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT Writ Petition No.370 of 2016 PC:(Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Mr. P. Kesava Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, at the outset, invited our attention to Section 282 of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955 and submitted that the petitioner has a remedy of appeal. Having confronted with this, Dr. I. Sujatha, learned counsel for the petitioner, prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to file appeal challenging the impugned demand notices.

The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. All contentions of the parties, on merits, are kept open. Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications shall also stand closed.
