HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.389 of 2011 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to direct the respondents to accept the applications of the petitioners for the post of Junior Plant Attendants and consequently to direct the respondents to permit the petitioners to attend Written Test and Trade Tests by relaxing the age limit suitably for the number of years of service rendered in the plan.

2. Sri E.V.Suresh Kumar, representing Sri P.Ravi Shanker, learned counsel for the petitioners, submit that the cause in the writ petition does not survive.

3. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand dismissed.
