ORDER

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in Crime No.207 of 2011 of III Town Police Station, Nizamabad.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Public Prosecutor reported that due to lack of evidence, F.I.R. in Crime No.207 of 2011 was closed on 20.06.2015. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
